After a disaster with another store when purchasing my engagement ring we went into Fraser Hart and met Heather. She was amazing, really helpful, honest and informative. She was great with my partners humour and gave us in faith in our purchase. He purchased my engagement ring and we went back to purchase my wedding band. So happy with what we’ve chosen and am now looking forward to our wedding day ☺️Highly recommend Fraser Hart and Heather for all that she did for us.

After many times walking by looking at the beautiful time pieces on display I popped into Cribbs Fraser Hart early December 2021 to have a look and try the Tudor GMT. I was greated by the Manger Sam who was very polite and helpful with my query.I informed him that I was extremely interested purchasing the Tudor GMT around mid February 2022. This would be and important occasion for myself as it would commemorate 20 years military service. Seven years Army and thirteen years Royal Air Force.On Saturday 12th February 2022 I revisited the store with pure excitement and was even surprised he recognised me without the face mask.His team we're very polite and knowledgeable. We could've talked about watches all day while Sam was make adjustments to my GMT. Everything was explained to me about the time piece and how to use the GMT function.Overall the process was a wonderful experience. Especially as it was my first step into getting a luxury time piece. I would highly recommend Fraser Hart Cribbs for any of your watch and jewellery querys.They have gone above and beyond. Especially as I recieved a wonderful surprise from them mid week with a heart warming card congratulating me on my military service and wishing me a bright future ahead.

My daughter bought a Rado watch for my birthday, costing £2,600. Wore it on my birthday and somehow the glass fell off the watch face. Took it back the next day only to be told it had to be sent back to the manufacturer and would take 14 days. Now 4 weeks later, still with no watch, appalling customer service who have not updated me at all and I am having to phone for updates and will not replace the watch. Quick enough to take your money but very low end customer service when it comes to satisfaction. Well thank for Fraser hart for spoiling my birthday hence with no watch to show.

Craig was excellent and a lot of help when purchasing our wedding bands today at Cribbs. Very informative and helped us to make the right decision.

Brilliant service from Craig, got to try on many different watches. His knowledge of the different watches helped me make my decision and I am really happy with my 21st birthday present.

I took a 95yr old client here last week to get a replacement wedding ring due to a loss of original. I can not thank the man who helped us (unsure of his name, he was from wales) he was amazing, so kind and thoughtful, he was so gentle with my client who I think to a shine to him lol.
