I had a disappointing experience with this service, particularly for fathers seeking access to their children. It seems heavily biased in favor of mothers, even in cases where communication issues are involved. As a father who has struggled to see my son, I found their approach unsupportive and dismissive. They categorized my frustration and upset as verbal misconduct, which is unfair and misleading. Additionally, their communication skills are lacking – they rarely respond to emails in a timely manner. If you're a parent facing custody challenges, I advise caution with this service.

Paid for a simpler service that they incorrectly completed (they signed the wrong document on an ID verification) Had to go to another solicitor to get the documents signed in time for a house move. Lewis Rodger’s refused to refund me insisting I should have allowed them to correct the mistake (but they couldn’t do so for another week and I couldn’t wait as buyers had set a move in date) Stephen Rodgers is incredibly rude and condescending - advised multiple people against using them as I’d hate for someone else to be spoken to so dreadfully, it was incredibly upsetting.

Firm has been horrible every time I've had to deal with them. Continuously fobbed off and ignored. Took nearly a month to return a phone call. Failed to file statements with the courts. One of their hired barristers passed on contact information in a domestic violence case to the offender. Avoid at all cost.
