Storm Family Martial Arts

My 5 year old son has recently started with Storm, and is really enjoying his lessons. He loves his outfit and all the gear (gloves, pads etc) you receive when you join too. Would definitely recommend.

Both my boys have been doing the MA classes for a year and they really love it! Dan is a very patient, experienced and passionate trainer and the classes are hardly ever cancelled. I’ve seen a steady progression in both boys that are rewarded in belts, which keeps them motivated. I would definitely recommend Dan and his MA classes for kids. I think they are brilliant!

My daughter joined the Windsor class with Dan when she was 6. The aim was to do some kind of sport to suit her character. She has progressed to a purple belt by following the fun and educational instruction in the class, which challenges the children but allows them to enjoy the process. Dan also leads the children through monthly focus on dedication, personal responsibility, focus, helping others etc. As a parent, this is so far the best choice of after-school activity I came across, as it combines physical exercise with emotional and cognitive aspects. Its fun. Never boring. Dan is exceptional at what he does. There are children in our group that need more instruction or focus on behaviour, but that is smoothly incorporated into the lesson and doesn't hold the rest of the group back. I can thoroughly recommend Storm Family Martial Arts, especially Dan's Windsor groups.

Dan is great at encouraging and motivating the kids and provides imaginative narrative around the moves, which really helps them to learn. His black belt bedroom chat still works on getting my 7 year old to tidy his room! Thanks for your dedication.

I can't recommend Storm enough! When my son started he was really lacking in confidence and struggled with new people, places and experiences. Dan was incredibly encouraging and supportive and went out of his way to make my son feel comfortable and to support him to come out of his shell. A great, welcoming and supportive place for children of all ages to train and gain a wide range skills.

Excellent services, very professional, instructors are very patient and with clear instruction, my 7 years daughter is very happy to attend lessons and have been learning very practical skills for martial arts and general fitness.
