Originally gave 5* review, as Shak was very friendly on first meeting, good array of colours & they could provide the rail, cords etc in black which I wanted (tho you pay extra), After fitting absolutely appalling 'Customer Service'. Blinds measured (deposit taken, no receipt) & fit by Shak (balance paid, no receipt given). As we were going on holiday for a month, I rang the shop to complain, was asked to call back on our return which I did she said Shak would come round. He phoned to say he would come round the following Tues or Wed- NO contact, I phoned him & he came the following day would accept NO responsibility, said he would report back to shop- heard nothing. I then phoned the shop,she asked me to send photos- I did- NO contact. Rang 3days later, NO reply, so sent text- NO reply. Today (3days later again) phoned the shop, she said there was nothing wrong with them. I then got call from a mobile no. I didn't recognise, he said, 'you've just tried ringing' asked who it was & it was Shak.Told him I'd rang the shop & the discussion I had,he then proceeded to speak down to me,told him how disgusted I was ,said goodbye & blocked him, he then decided to leave a very angry voicemail. Please save your money, plenty of other 'blind' shops around. Really wish I'd read their earlier reviews. Please see the photos & make up your own mind, just showed them to a woman in the supermarket who burst out laughing

Used this company for my last 2 properties. Great service. Just had some blinds altered by Maggie. She's amazing!! Done quickly perfect fit. Thanks!

Used a few times without any real issue so went back to match some work with the rest of the house and owner selected the wrong colour from swatches but still charged full price. Only offered to change them by charging a further 50% on top of what was already paid, yet tried to tell me they value the customers and it isn’t about the money for them. Lost customer and will ensure people know to avoid if possible.

I spoke to this company to see if they had a spare part for my blind, which they then sent out to me and the part arrived within a week. Thank you so much - very kind and helpful! I will use you when I need to replace the blinds in my flat :)

It is a worse place to buy blinds from refuse to return my deposit back. i cancelled my order. Within a few hours, a nasty man who took the deposit from me didn't even explain to me anything about their deposit policy. When i called them about refunding my deposit, they were very rude and horrible. They dnt have any manners how to talk to the customers. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Horrible staff

Came out to measure and was fitted within a few days ,full house done perfectly, would highly recommend really good price as the windows are big

Measured yesterday and fitted this morning. Very helpful. Fast service. Fit both my front and patio windows in an hour! So happy with the outcome of 10/10 service.

5* Star service received. Came to measure the day after I phoned to enquire and they were back the next day to fit them! Chap who came to measure knew exactly what colour I wanted from looking at my house, no pushy sales tactics, knew what I wanted and they supplied! Fitted quickly and safely. Will definitely be using again, thank you.

Shak were so helpful talked through what I wanted they measured up and fitted them , Had a small problem they came back sorted it and I would definitely recommend them im thinking of getting some more so I would be using them again
