Cora has been my favourite person to speak at all of property developments I have spoken to recently.Some property developers leave you with a sour taste in your mouth. However, after dealing with Cora I can definitely recommend her services and say she is a huge asset to Countryside.I would give her 10/10, but have to settle for 5/5.

This is a review for Countryside, The Assembly developer.Please note this property is classified as a “parking permit free development”. This means that residents will not be eligible for a parking permit in a Controlled Parking Zone in the area. Although, this was mentioned in the information received from Countryside, I was told verbally during my viewing that I would be able to apply for a permit! I contacted Hounslow council and confirmed that no resident parking permit will be issued for this property residents.Please also be aware, at the time of this review, there is a 10% price difference between the plots sold on “Help to buy” on Block G compare to those ones are sold by A+ @ Haart through “Shared ownership scheme” on Blocks J and H. The plots are identical in size and the specifications are almost identical, so to me nothing justifies such a big difference on the asking price.When I pointed out this to the Sales consultants (Richard), he sent me a long email trying to justify this. I am afraid I do not agree with the majority of your points Richard and I am wondering what would be the people reaction in few years time, when they realise their wall to wall neighbour has bought the identical flat at least 10% cheaper than them in first place.
