We had two paramedics who attended our post-race reception at the London Marathon 2023. They were both brilliant, very helpful and attentive when anybody had any questions or needed any help. We will definitely use this service again, thank you!

Met- Medical transferred my mother who has Alzheimer's and passenger (father) from Manchester to Chichester (240 miles).The initial arrangements were very easy to set - up and the follow up and keeping me appraised was great with regards to arrival times etc..The support staff who did the actual transfer were great they made my mother feel comfortable and relaxed and happy to transfer (I was apprehensive on how she would react).The transportation went really well.Thanks to the team.

Steve Elliot and Frank Duffy were absolutely unreal. They came quick and really put my mother at ease and my whole family. Tremendous amounts of love for both these individuals for relaxing a very difficult time and making us feel better. They made sure my mother was in the best possible hands. They truly deserve a medal for today and I want to show my appreciation and say thank you.

Excellent ambulance transfer for my mum. Efficient, excellent service, I was kept informed throughout from initial enquiry through to booking and follow up enquiries, but best of all the two young men who were the crew for the transfer were polite, kind and extremely caring. Whilst I initially thought the cost was expensive, to know my mum was in good hands throughout and treated with respect and good quality care was worth every penny.

Last week my husband had to call 999 because my pulse was very fast and irregular. The ambulance team you sent were marvellous. We both feel they gave us outstanding support and service. They were very professional in their approach, but also friendly and calming. They took me to Barnet Hospital, where, I am relieved to say, my heart was quickly brought under control. Our grateful thanks to you and your team.

A first class professional service. They made a daunting trip from Norfolk to London stress free so that the patient, I accompanied (aged 87), received her life saving treatment and returned home relaxed. The crew liaised with hospital staff so that everyone was fully briefed.

Very well organised and a pleasure to deal with.I approached MET Medical when I needed to move my elderly, confused and frail mother 500 miles from Scotland to a care home in East Anglia.I chose them because of the good CQC rating and reviews.They were extremely professional throughout and made the whole process much less stressful.The ambulance crew were very professional, everything went like clockwork and they took great care of my mother.Moving my mother such a long distance was my greatest concern but the staff at MET made it all seem very straightforward and routine.I cannot recommend them highly enough.Thank you so much MET!

Excellent service, very efficient and very competent staff. The transport arrived promptly and was carried out in a caring manner.

After working for MET medical for a while now I’m glad to say I’ve had no issues, I’ve been fortunate enough to work a multitude of events, transfers and patient transport. My colleagues have been excellent, safe and confident in their work, I’ve never had any problems while working with them. MET have put me through all my training and best of all they let me and others put it to use safely with opportunities we get and if we are ever unsure, we have two main clinical educators for any CPD or questions.
