No one ever answers the phone.Been to office and no one was there.I'm sick to death of there their Bad Practice

The opening and closing times have changed but are still showing old times online so be careful not to get caught out as we did! Lol x x x

Normally able to collect item wth ease. Annoying at present due to pandemic the hours of opening some if us have to get to work. I've gt to wait another week now for me to pick item up. I understand situation but not fair on those working.

Staff keep you waiting for ages and thats if they are even there, ive been there previously during opening times and they have all gone early and locked up.

Why can't the postie deliver to a neighbour like every other courier service in the world?Such an inconvenience getting up to clydach to collect

They finally changed the hours to open later by having a siesta at lunchtime. Can be frustrating sometimes as there will be a queue out the door so you have to wait in the rain. Only ever one man working on the counter so the service can be slow.I think the postmen card the properties on purpose to keep this place open. Many of times the door hasn't knocked but I'll hear the letterbox go with them pushing the card through the door. By time I make it up the stairs and find the key he's on his toes running down the road. I've tried chasing him many times but he jumps in the van and drives at 90mph to get away from me.I then have to wait 24 hours before I can go collect the parcel.At Christmas time they put vouchers on the counter for beefeater restaurants etc.

Lost my parcel! Won't deliver to a neighbour even though I re directed it on the website! Twice! Staff over the sorting office are useless and there's always postpeople smoking or vaping right outside the doors!!I hate coming over here!!!

Had email to say will deliver parcel between 9.23am and 13.23pm. I woke up at 7.40am to a message that they tried to deliver just after 7am and no one was home. For the past few years they haven't been delivering mail until late morning/ early afternoon but today they claim they have tried over 2hrs before earliest time mentioned

Not good service been to sorting office and shop post office unable to find my parcel... 3rd time going to post office found parcel not good at all very poor service
