Good selection of cards at reasonable prices. Due to the size and layout of the shop, social distancing is not possible. Till area is very cluttered with things to buy.

Good mix of cheap and cheerful cards and party products - some 'premium' stuff there too, but on the whole its a good place to get cards and wrapping paper for all occasions.

Absolutely amazing service! I don’t even live here but I travel an hour to get here when I need balloons and just little bits and bobs because of the manager and the fact he remembered me and nicked named me (spidey girl) from months back when I last went in there and knew I was going to need a lot of help and attention and he delivered his best and more. So clam and patient and so polite and friendly. He made me feel so at ease as he done all the hard work and even help me to pick out what he thought would be best for my occasion. He was amazing last time and even just as good if not better this time.

Lynda and Heather could not have been more helpful and all with a welcoming smile. Next time I visit New Milton I will definitely pop into the Cardfactory - hope Lynda and Heather will be there when I do.
