Sadly I need to write a negative review for Arek and Artur as some of the work they did for us was very a low quality done with no knowledge and carelessness. What is most disappointing when we started talking about repairing what they did badly they become unresponsive. In short, they re-installed a skylight without even checking how to do it properly. As a result just after a month their work was completed, a black liquid started leaking right onto our furniture. The paint around the skylight started to pill off and water condensation started to accumulate between the glass panels due to lack of protection from the elements. Further, the paint on the cabinets they painted in a hurry is still sticky and pills off as well as the wall paper. Initially they said they’d come back in a couple of weeks to complete some of other work they left unfinished such as a wardrobe with no hanging rail and door and building a cabinet. When we called them they started to postpone the appointment and ultimately they stopped responding to our calls. There was also a misunderstanding between us about their final bill that was unclear to us. We managed to secure 10% as a deposit however this does not cover the expenses we must pay now to have the skylight done yet again. I strongly advise anyone giving them work especially big projects, to always retain more than 10% of the final bill to be paid after their work is complete at least 3 months later as their craftsmanship is a ‘hit and Miss’. They also are unprofessional as they communicate with the client when is it suits them and most importantly they do not take responsibility for their bad work. It’s truly disappointing.

They guys were great and did an amazing job on our premises. Friendly and helpful, with tonnes of experience provided unlimited advice on materials and practical solutions. Highly recommended and our go to team for any home improvement project.

Artur and team deliver a high-end service from start to finish. They are respectful of your home and fit in around you. They prep thoroughly. The work is skilled and the finish absolutely excellent. Highly recommended.
