Guys just wanted to say thanks for the kitchen I got a few years ago.Very professional set up from the planning stage right through to the fitting. Kitchen still looks great and place was left spotless.Had one issue with a door and have to say it only took one phone call and you called and had it replaced within 3 days. Certainly would recommend you to anyone looking a top class job from a local company.

Excellent Service!

A new build in Lisburn. What a great place to get a kitchen. Natalie was great to work with, had clever suggestions and is a dab hand with measuring tape. The fitters did a lovely job and left the place spotless. Everyone who comes into the house comments on it. I would definitely recommend Brookvale Kitchens.

Nice kitchen initially but developed a few minor problems. However back up is very poor indeed. Totally unresponsive to phone calls and emails.

Terrible customer experience all in all, we were a small job for them and they treated us like we were very unimportant, not answering phone calls, missing agreed details, total lack of communication from very first meeting. 4 months after kitchen installed we are still waiting on an appliance getting fixed. Even received in error a very rude message from the boss complaining about us. We are very polite and not complainers by nature! The only consolation is the kitchen finish is lovely, but generally a terribly disappointing experience.

We've had hundreds of Happy customers over the years and all ways strive to give customers good value for money with professional service . With covid restrictions some manufacturers service calls was outside our control and took longer than normal which is only to be expected . Glad to say hood was replaced and everything working perfect.
