Helpful and friendly. Jemma gave us Stirling service when printing the hundreds of sheets we have needed for our wedding.

A decent store with all the necessary stationary items. They also have few accessories for computers (printers, cables, etc).They also offer printing and scanning services. I found the scanning service to be slightly costlier compared to the printing service.The staff is helpful.

I went to this Ryman store to print around 150 mostly black and white pages and bind them into two documents. I paid over 80 pounds for that service because I was charged double for binding which had to be repeated after the shop assistant made a mistake using incorrectly sized binding rings.The documents were originally binded with binding rings twice the size that was needed, making the document unprofessional and difficult to handle. I requested change of the binding rings to a more appropriate, smaller size. The lady at the store first opposed saying that they “run out of smaller rings” but once I pressed her saying I cannot hand over a document like that she said “there may be still some laying around” and asked me to return an hour later.Once I returned the job was done properly, but I was charged for 4 bindings instead of 2. On top of that I was additionally charged for “priority binding” although it took more than 2 hours, which is their priority binding guarantee. All in all, I was required to visit the store three times to wait in the queue and instruct them how to do it properly, which is not something you want to do if you are busy.I don’t mind a poorly done job, if it is rectified. We are all people and make mistakes. I also don’t mind paying a lot for a good service. However, charging customers for store’s mistakes is an unacceptable business practice. I am writing this review to make sure no other clients are taken advantage of again.I am happy to remove this comment if the issue is addressed by the store in a professional manner. But until then I feel an obligation to inform others about this problem.
