Absolutely beautiful space! Booked in for an infrared sauna for 2. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the sauna session was amazing, felt like a new person after it.Stayed for a bite to eat afterwards which was lovely and fresh and really tasty. Can’t wait to book my next session!

My husband and I had the Pressotherapy treatment and were relaxed from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. We very much enjoyed it and would definitely do it again. We ordered a Latte and a Beauty Boost smoothie and they were delicious.

This was my first experience at an infrared sauna and I’ll definitely be back! The sauna had a private room with a shower in so I felt totally relaxed and comfortable. There was a Bluetooth speaker in there too which was a nice touch. When I first arrived they asked me to choose a colour for chromotherapy before we went in, again just a nice extra detail. I felt so refreshed and calm after the session. I really enjoyed the experience. Afterwards I got the beauty boost (I believe) smoothie, I’ll definitely come back to use this venue for its food and drinks too! The staff were all lovely and helpful, created such a nice atmosphere

My Daughter bought me pressotherapy for Mother's day as I had knee surgery so we couldn't wait to book and feel the benefits. We went early to try the delicious Acai bowl which was amazing. The treatment itself was so relaxing and the 40 minutes flew past. Afterwards I could really feel the benefits of this treatment and even my legs decreased in size. I can't wait to return. The staff are amazing and everything was explained including all the benefits. Highly recommend and see you soon Debbie

A wonderful place in the gorgeous area of Pontcanna. The staff are so nice and friendly, they really make you feel welcome. The smooties & Acai bowls are to die for, I highly recommend. Looking forward to going back for more treatments.

Visited for the first time for a duo sauna session followed by some gorgeous smoothies! Was so impressed with the warmest welcome, the beautiful decor and how incredible I felt after the sauna. Everything has been beautifully thought out. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!
