Decent out of town location on London Road. Stocking a wide variety of TV, Home Cinema, HiFi and accessories. As with all Richer Sounds stores there are huge discounts to be found. On street parking is available but can be a problem. The staff are extremely helpful and go the extra mile. Worth a visit if you are looking for a new TV.

Ordered new AVR online because manufacturer can't get parts to repair my old one. The online process was simple, but, as there is no Richer Sounds store in my hometown, I selected Leicester, as it's the closest and there is a nice carpark close-by. Store was easy to find, had lots of cool gear, staff were friendly and helpful. New AVR sounds great.

Went into the store to purchase a TV as i dont like to have things delivered because it can come damaged (dont order from currys theyll deliver damaged goods and wont refund or replace the item) and was very happy with the customer service and help i received, helped me find the TV that suited my needs,helped me get me the best deal for that and then even helped putting it into the back of my car. Product was how they described it and it was worth the money so thank you Richer Sounds.

Fantastic customer service from Levi at the Leicester branch. Called to report fault with remote control on 4 year old TV.I have 3 TV's from Richer Sounds but have never had to make any warranty claim previously, so was concerned there may be some small print which would mean I can't claim.In reality, he under-promised, I received a new remote control in the post 2 days later!Thank you, I would have no hesitation in buying again, or recommending others to do the same!

Lovely store and staff, particularly Levi who spent the best part of two hours with me during the day setting me up with a new hifi system and then diagnosing and solving the problem I had with an old pair of speakers (rather than just allowing me to buy a new pair). Will be getting anything I need in the future from here.

Purchased a new Av receiver.Spoke to two gentleman Levi and Sebastian who helped me and advised me over the phone with my purchase. They had incredible customer service and are an absolute credit to the team. They had lots of slots available for delivery. But I wanted to pick the item up the next day and they accommodated that perfectly. After receiving all my paper work and some goodies a gentleman at the shop carried my purchase to the boot of the car. Incredible service all around. Will deffo come back for more equipment. 5 stars for richer sounds knocked it out of the park.

I would like to thank Levi at the Leicester store for advising on a fantastic Denon soundbar for my media room/office. Very friendly, knowledgeable he knew exactly what i was looking. Overall fantastic customer service will definitely be using Richer Sounds again in the future.
