So friendly and such a relaxed and helpful atmosphere, and happy to play along with a joke. (Always a bonus) I cant rate them high enough. They were able to fit my car in within 2 days of booking and run an electrical diagnostic test. When it was all complete, they phoned and explained their findings as well as their advice on what to do next. Even down to jump starting my car for me to be able to drive home safely. They took the time to make you feel welcome with no rushing and a chance to enjoy a nice chat. Would return in a heartbeat with any future problems or advice.

These guys are amazing. I had an issue part way through my drive with my 10 month old in the car. I called them and they fit me in straight away, making my car safe for me to drive again. Highly recommend, thank you again :)

Did a great job on my daughters fiat punto to get it thru the mot, they were really helpful, excellent customer service. Would fully recommend.

Van went into limp mode so I rang Monday morning. Booked in Monday afternoon to look at fault codes. Quote over to me on Tuesday. Then booked in for the Thursday. Great service

Would not recommend, took my car in at about 8:15 AM, last Thursday, for some for some minor repairs, from which the valve on the right front tyre which was turning with the cap, so couldn't take the cap off to check the pressure. At first I was told it will take a couple of hours, at around 12:30 I rang the garage back to ask for an update as I didn't receive any to which I was told my car is up next on the ramp. At about 15:20 I received a call from the garage asking me if I want my back tyres changed as they're worned out,me thinking that my other issues are being taking care of as well I told them to go ahead.. finally I received another call at about 17:05 telling me my car is ready.. only to be told , upon arrival, they tried getting the valve cap off but they couldn't and they did not fix the tyre because they ran out of time as they were busy,the main reason I went in for, and was told to come back another time as it's an easy quick fix.. so you can imagine the inconvenience of waking up at 5AM to go to work, few days later, to find your tyre flat to the ground, with the mentioned that it never happened before taking it to this garage, with no possibility of inflating it as the cap couldn't be taken off..Update. The valve was one out of the 3 issues I brought the car in for, and was explained on the the day of the booking, and also I reminded the person during the phone call that day about it.Apology accepted, and I understand we're going through difficult times, but I think the issues for which the car was brought in the first place should have been addressed first before offering to do extras. And I appreciate the gesture of offering to do it free of charge but the issue has been resolved that morning, so no longer required.

Had to call the RAC for home start, garage exceptionally busy after Christmas and New year break. They repaired the car earlier than promised and very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Best garage I've ever used in my 13 years of driving! I've been taking my cars to Steve and the team since I first discovered them over 7 years ago. I can't the service or quality of the work they do. The guys are friendly and know their stuff, I would (and frequently do) recommend them to anyone and everyone who owns a car! Honest, reliable and always happy to help.

I have always used the Hedge End branch since opening and have always thought the gents working there are very polite and helpful and never once taking advantage of a women who doesn't know a thing about cars! However recently they have gone above and beyond customer care. They have been extremely helpful when my car was making some awful noises! I highly recommend.

Simply brilliant as always. Booked my BMW 4 series in for loss of coolant. I could'nt have asked for anymore - The guys carried out a thorough check of the coolant system and pressure tested and took for a test drive. Very happy and put my mind at ease.I can fully recommend and trust these guys 100% they are very honest and reliable. Though they could not find the leak they did their best.

Our go-to garage still after well over a decade. MOT this time. Faultless service, they also replaced handbrake on the car a couple of months ago and went above and beyond with that tricky job and still were cheaper than the main dealer by a significant amount. But cost savings aside, these guys are honest as the day is long and never ever try to stretch a job"
