The view, The Eyes, The bridge and the Tower are amazing. There are a lot of people in a day time, come in the night. You will find something interest you. But don't stay late, sometime people scary.

We used the pier via the services from 'City Cruises' but it's as you expect, busy for most of the hours where the services are used.Getting here from public transport, Waterloo (Jubilee, Northern, Bakerloo and Waterloo & City Line) or Westminster (Jubilee, Circle and District line). There are more than a few bus stops scattered around here if that's the service you're taking to get here.

The view was great. There were no wait times, which was also very convenient. It is definitely worth visiting while exploring London. The ticket price is a bit pricy though. Approx. 40€ p.P. The overall experience takes about 30 min.

London eye during nighttime, there is nothing much you can write, the pictures says it all. You can’t afford to miss this place if you are in UK, visited 2019 pre covid. The atmosphere and the vibe was really happening

Did the boat tour with City Tours and had a great time! Def recommend getting there a bit earlier so you can snag a good seat on the top deck (I think the right side of the boat is better than the left for majority of the ride). The weather was stunning (for London) the day I went, clear skies and sunshine. However it was still chilly on the water so don't forget to bundle up if you're doing the tour in the winter. Jordan was a great tour guide, there was so much to see on the tour but I felt like he did a nice job hitting all the important locations. His spiel was educational, light-hearted, and overall very enjoyable. Reserving a ticket online beforehand is a must as most of the departure times were sold out the day I went, I did it through Tripadvisor and it went through smoothly. In fact, I would definitely recommend the earliest tour (~10:45 AM) if possible because the area surrounding the London Eye was a lot less crowded compared to the afternoon and you can enjoy a nice walk along the river before the boat ride.

Amazing views. Moves very slowly. They do put to many people in each pod. Becomes difficult to take photos.

Got the boat at about 1pm on a Saturday. Very busy as expected however the staff on the boat were full of energy. The tour and speech continued all the way from London Eye pier to the Greenwich pier which i found very entertaining. Only downside is there is no ticket office here but there is one on the other side of the river, only a 5 minute walk away.
