Just been to this service station for a drink and a snack. The lady behind the counter was very rude. She told me the price, I had change with me so I payed with it. I placed it in her had, she just Slad it on the country and started to count it once she finished she doesn't nodded and said next. She was rude to all the other people in front of me to.The petrol station is very limited to. Don't think I'll be using this one again.

Well it’s another Shell petrol station, so we are not expecting anything out of the ordinary here are we? I use the Shell app for filling up and paying. It seems to work very well and goes through Apple pay which I prefer. I don’t really track the fuel prices, not noticed it being particularly high or low here. A little bit confusing as neither entrance is marked in or out

No working card machine - 15 minute delay to pay, ended up adding 2 hours to the journey with traffic. Not great...

Just had a major refit, more room to get bigger vehicles in, and one of the pumps has a fast fill button for hgv fuel tanks.

Never open in the morning at 7am, staff rude and unhelpful when there, was told to wait 10/15 mins for petrol as he had only just arrived, went to work and called for petrol on my way home and he was putting a sign on the door saying closed for 20 mins, there was myself and a guy wanting petrol and the member of staff banged on the door pointing to the sign. had to hope I made it to another petrol station,Won’t be returning again

CLOSED FOR 20 MINUTES!! That was on some hand written sign at 10am midweek. You'd expect this on a corner shop, not on one of the biggest national fuel services. Disgraceful
