Okay still don't understand why you have to walk to the back of the store to pay. Or why staff disappear when you need to ask a question.

It's ok, the shop has a good selection of mens sportswear so shopping for myself is fine but I often find that the girls junior selection is never great and end up having to go out of town to find sportswear for my daughters, 3 stars would of been 4 or 5 if the shop had a better choice on junior girls clothes. Only other complaint is the returns policy of if it's not faulty you can not have money back to shop elsewhere you only get a store credit voucher.

Customer service non existent!!Rude, unhelpful staff......My 4 month old trainers became defective but they put it down to wear and tear........so Nike trainers are meant to last less than 6 months!! Showed the manager the problem but couldn't careless!!I will never shop here again!!

Although the guy didn’t have a clue what micro bands were or resistance bands he was still very helpful explaining to me how the other equipment worked

I don't tend to go in here very often, but on the occasions I do, it's generally pretty quiet, there's usually plenty of staff around who are friendly and helpful, and there's a decent range of clothing available. I feel like their ranges of other sporting equipment has reduced a lot in store in recent years, but there is a website to order from too.
