I’ve had 5 treatments at Nero with Nerijus for a recent shoulder injury, piriformis syndrome and recurrent lower back pain from a fall 10 years ago. Nerijus is very professional, respectful and clear with communication. My shoulder pain was fixed in two sessions. Now, my piriformis symptoms are gone. I can touch my toes with relative ease and hold my legs straight in the air without them trembling. I also noticed an improvement in movement through my spine at the gym. My compound lifts are smoother. Nerijus suggested some exercises to strengthen and stretch my lower back, hamstrings and glutes which I have added into my training programme. I will definitely return to Nero for any further injuries and pains, thank youuuuu.

I went to NERO physio yesterday for the whiplash I was struggling with. The treatment I received was great, feel much better and can now feel my muscles are a bit more relaxed. Totally recommend him esp for massages! Will definitely come back again!

I came to Nerijus yesterday for my first ever sports massage and I was very impressed. I had years of built up knots from exercise and I’d ran a marathon the day before and I was trying to speed up recovery prior to going on holiday in a few days time. I’ve been to NERO Physio for a sport massage a few times now as I’ve had back and shoulder pain for some time.Before we started the treatment, I was asked to perform some stretching exercise to see how much/far I can stretch and then I did the same thing after my treatment and I saw a notable improvement.My treatment loosened up my back and shoulders nicely, making me feel much better and in a lot less pain.

Nerijus is a true expert. I was visiting Leeds and needed “emergency” treatment on my very stiff shoulders inbetween my usual deep tissue massages back home. Nerijus was able to help release my neck and shoulders using a variety of techniques. His manner is both caring and inspires trust in his expertise. Highly recommended.
