I brought some wool a few months ago. I had run out of two colour of it to finish my project so i went to Knit Knacks and they were able to match the wool. The staff are very helpful.

Excellent service and advice - everything you want a local wool shop to be. The prices are good, you can see what you are buying and the range available is massive. The only drawback is that it will be too easy to spend far too much time and money in there!

Visited yesterday for first time and was impressed at choice and helpfulness. Could have spent hours and fortune but hubby with me reining me in! I will certainly return probably many times its my new go to heaven.

i always use this place for my yarns. i do t go that often as i do t knit so much any more, but the ladies there are so helpful and they will get the shop out to find you what you want. it's a friendly shop old fashioned customer services, you know the customer is always right, no hassle to find you what you want. if you don't use it ladies you will lose it and then where do you go? i always always always support local businesses where i can, they are a dying breed, but these are the only places left who look after you" ... the customer."

Popped there this morning with my daughter to get some wool.I'm so glad we went as I've been searching for some decent knitted cardigans for babies for quite a while (I'm a foster carer for babies). While chatting to the lovely couple I found out the lady takes orders so I'll be there again with my orders for baby knitted cardigans.Definitely worth 5 stars rating.I would recommend this shop to everyone.
