I’m a Moscot customer since almost 6 years and living in Verona I’ve never had the opportunity to visit one of your shops.I was looking for a new pair of Cliptosh (the drivers-pack) but they didn’t have the right size for my glasses. Since I was leaving London the next day I wasn’t able to order the right one, but they properly clean and fix my old one without charging anything. That’s what brands who cares about customers do, so I’m super satisfied!Thank you guys

HOW I MAGICALLY MET HELENA BONHAM CARTERDear reader, if you just want to know how this specific shop is, the short answer is: It is outstanding and I would highly recommend it. The customer service is exeptional!I am very short sighted and my face is more on the narrow side, so finding a fitting frame is quite the challenge. Eve was extremly helpful and understood immediately exactly what I was looking for! After trying three pairs I found the perfect one. She was so sweet and very accomodating, we came back the next day so my friend could also get a pair. Excellent!I very rarely take the time to write a review but felt compelled to do so. I cannot recommend this MOSCOT store any more. Ele was simply a master of her trade and was able to find me the perfect glasses with ease. She was full of energy and is clearly enthusiastic about the glasses and the history of the company and what it produces which for me was a really enjoyable experience all round. Bravo

A review in 2 parts. Customer service & spectacles. Firstly the service provided by Nico & Jermaine is second to none. I have an awkward prescription & the patience, time & support given to me to ensure the best possible vision & customer experience is always amazing. I would highly recommend this opticians to anyone requiring prescription spectacles. Secondly the product. I am fairly new to the Moscot brand, having only been a customer for 2 years & having 2 pairs of spectacles. The quality of the product is fantastic, you can see & feel it. I can see why it is often a brand for life.

The team at the Covent Garden (Long Acre) branch is amazing! They are super friendly and welcoming. I had a couple of issues with my new pair of glasses, and they were excellent in dealing with the problems through out. Nico fixed my frames with great precision and care. I couldn’t be happier with their service, thank you!
