Do not contact them if you value any respect, because you won't get one.The property offered to me (their best one) is literally filthy with no living essentials provided!My room is/was disgusting with a tons of hardened filth that i had to scrub just to be able to use it. Rooms are not attended after previous occupants and I had to go through a lot of stuff which was left behind by the previous occupant.Then you into the kitchen where you find rubbish on the floor as there is no bin provided.When I've reported this to maintenance I was told that they'll not accept this type of a behaviour and I will have to leave?!?!I have only asked about the living essentials which they should be providing as standard as per licence they have with the CouncilThey're paid over £1000 per month per person and they do not even supply a living essentials.Do not go anywhere near them!Disgusting!

Terrible rude and insulting sub-humans working here AVOID!!

Staff are very unprofessional , when I arrived at the reception security guard shouting at me saying ‘Yo’ ‘Who Are You’ in a very unprofessional manner also staff was making me feel embarrassed asking me personal questions infront of others residents making me feel very intimidated, would not recommend this place at all building is filthy and the staff do not respect any body there!

My partner and I are struggling and had to ask for an advance on benifits to travel and see them. They told us it worked by first come first served and rushed us down, spent 2 hours asking personal questions then told us we couldn't have a home and wouldn't explain why.

Unprofessional company, they do not respect your equality and diversity. The don't put on training or even learn the health and safety or fire safety within the building . Everyone is piled up in a small dingy of with no kitchen facilities all kitchen items piled in a dirty table in a corner with no washing facilities only the rest room .(disgusting)They don't pay for your training even through the tell you they will. The staff are all related and they feel the can talk to you how they feel disrespectful and critical. The project don't care of progess of the customers just a money making

Good and helpful company looks after thier tenants when they are in a crisis or something things fixing on the properties. Has a new employer I have notice from the get go that the company has the potential to do great things. It already provides good support to tenants that are housed by HQH.

Very unprofessional, they don’t respect the housing rules. Was in an all female building and women brought back men, drugs and alcohol into the property during unsociable hours. When multiple people complained, they removed me “for my own safety”. No emergency numbers answered my call, the security called Sam also breached the data protection act and decided that he was a health professional and spoke very unprofessional claims about me to other tenants. DO NOT COME HERE. They literally just want to take your money without actually trying to support you. I was threatened to be evicted and when I questioned what was said, I was then accused of twisting Sam’s words and Sarah doesn’t care about the safety of other residents. Very unprofessional. Also the cleaning standards are disgusting, mice everywhere and the accommodation was filthy.
