Excellent storage facility. Units are clean and dry and the compound is very secure with plenty of lighting, CCTV, and gated access. Good quality padlocks are supplied and the owners are very helpful and courteous.

Secure and dry units, always accessible. Rachel was very fair, helpful and understanding - particularly when I arrived one time with a man and a van only to discover I’d lost my keys and she dropped what she was doing to come over with a spare set for me! Overall a very good experience with Shippea Self Storage - thanks.

We used this company to store everything whilst we were in between moves. Rachel is very helpful and at the end of the phone should you need anything. The containers are clean, airtight and very secure, coded gate entry, cctv and plenty of space to park right next to the unit. Very reasonable price too, best in the area after ringing around. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again should we need to.

Use the storage facility for 6 months. The container was immaculate condition and it was perfect to fit our stuff in until we movedReally good communication in regards to collecting and returning the keys. Could access the storage when we wanted really secure and easy. Would highly recommend this site

Rachel at Shippea Hill Self Storage is very accommodating & helpful. She was quick to respond to emails. Helped out with other minor requests. She was able to work around my schedule to assist me. With this being a family owned business, you can see A LOT of care goes into the customer. If you need storage in the area, look into Shippea Hill Self Storage for your needs. Clean containers, easy to access at all times and most importantly very secure,Friendly people to deal with I would definitely recommend to all and will definitely use again if we have storage needs in the future.We stored all of our belongings including all furniture from a 3 bed house with ease, was especially helpful being able to drive right up to the container doors!!

Had the need to use this self storage facility for my daughter for 11 months. The unit was brand new & clean, easy 24/7 access.Communication & payment was very easy directly with the owner.Would highly recomend.
