In Canada none of the Samsonite repair Centres would sell parts (wheels).Ordered Samsonite bags wheels from Aldridges and 20 year old bag is as new as it can be. Very easy to order from their website and arrived in a week. Thank you for the great service.Mr Karimjee

Aldrigdes is a great source for Samsonite parts! I ordered a set of wheels and side latches, and they arrived within a week in Canada. The shipping cost was very reasonable as well. Just know what your owed duties/taxes will be, as this is something that is out of Aldridge's control.

I had a great experience ordering replacement handle for my S'Cure Samsonite suitcase. This part seems to be impossible to find anywhere and I was a bit worried ordering from Aldridges as their digital footprint seemed quite limited.However the service was great, quick and the item was as described. I would prefer to have a slower/cheaper delivery option as well, but in the end it was still acceptable considering the cost of replacing the whole suitcase.
