Have used them for years as im a keen DIYer I would say customer service in this shop is very relaxed doesnt seem to be an order of getting served. Most the customers are regulars or from the trade so will help them selves and just pay at the counter. You have to be fairly abrupt and vocal to get what you want if your in there for the first time. Have used them for years and still havent worked out the system but its casual bazar atmosphere where customers are not always right" lol keep that in mind and you be ok."

Great prices but small shop. 3 customers at a time... leading to long waits sometimes. Hard to find parking. Handy if you're local though.

Its one the best plumber shop for all your house needs. tools ETC. also cars remote batts and key cuts. I would recommend anyone to go and the customer service is best. also you need genuine builders thats is the place. Best wishes to them.

Don't let the old and tired decor put you off from going inside. I've always found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help/guide. The prices are so so competitive, and I've returned unused items (within a reasonable amount of time) without any quibbles.I'm not a trades person, but I do a fair bit of DIY, and have purchased everything from nails to Acetate/Silicone. It's very rare not to be able to find a product there. Even in those instances, the staff can source the product for you or direct you to a store where you can acquire the item. The only slight downside is that there is hardly any parking.

I felt very discriminated in the shop i am from a black ethnicity and when i walked into the shop which was recommended by my plumber for thier competitive price and also i had to meet with him there to buy few items no one acknowledged my presence stood in the for 15 min hopin someone would ask me if i needed some help notting... but i was seeing other people walkin in n out of the shop beeing served... so i asked is any one serving they looked at each other like in a funny way which left me wonder and one of them said what do u want i said i am looking for a boiler to get rid of me he said go at the back someone will help u.. so i went to the back and i met one guy he said no go bak to the front to get the price i was fumin then coz now they are throwing left and right like a ping pong ball so i went bak to the front now the guy follows me n tell those at the counter to give me boiler prices. Bare in mind i was still waiting for my plumber because he was runnin late for our appointment so i decided to ask them if they know who my plumber is because he had previously spoken to them the previous day to check if they had in stock the items were lookin for no one replied to me that was really what ticked me off so i decided to leave the shop.. i went outside infront of the shop where they can see me to wait for my plumber still no one approached me as soon as my plumber came who is from an asian background we got served and when i confronted the staff about treating me unfairly they laughed about it no one offered any apologies apart from my plumber ... very discusted by that sort of behaviour.. would never reconmend anyone to go there
