This place runs you into the ground. They have no respect for there staff in any way. They will try and get rid of you on the spot or try and push you out the door by treating you like something they have stood in. They have no understanding of HR law and polices and will take advantage of those who don't have that type of knowledge. Work for this company at your detriment!

WARNINGWorked here for a nearly 2 years they work u like a dog they employ a large amount of ppl to meet demands and then take accordingly shady tactics to get rid of the new comers the management lie and bring you in to offices and say there is nothing to worry about then issue you with final warnings or sack u on the spot for very minimal reasons. Dont joint the unite union while your there as they work hand in hand with them and are little help. I was 5 minutes late last week 1st time never been off il I got sacked today they put it down to low costs in orders so they had to let me go and my lateness. The place has very poor health n safety with water dripping thru the roof on electrical machinery and floors. It's a place your glad to see the back of if they can treat ppl that way after nearly 2 years of bone shattering work.
