Called for a v small window issue (double glazed glass had blown) and they couldn't have been nicer/more helpful. Reasonable quote, pleasant comms and swift/tidy replacement. Very happy to recommend this family run/local business. And a special shout out to Amber for answering my queries/being flex on my install date. 5* from me!

Ian from Direct Glass put in some new glass above my internal doors plus replaced the glass panel in one of the doors. He was pleasant, quick, tidy and did a great job.

I had the Direct Glass team replace hinges on my French doors and the guys who came around were very efficient and very helpful. They went beyond replacing hinges and worked to improve the performance of the doors as a whole. Really appreciated the effort and consideration from the team. I can now see why it took a week to get them booked in - definitely recommended for hinge replacements.

Look no further for same day replacements of double glazed units. Other 24hr window replacement companies were quoting 4-5 day orders for glass. I called many of them. So quick and easy, with courteous and quick customer service even matched the existing glazed pattern perfectly. Stress free when going through a stressful situation of a broken window. Very happy with the service!
