I’m an absolute novice when coming to building stuff. Each time I’ve come to store over last couple of years people behind counter (Paul, Andy and people in the building yard) have had an understanding, empathetic approach - and have been helpful.Spencer the delivery driver worked his magic delivering the large bulky loads up an un-adopted street. I would like to say a thank you to all at Jewsons Huddersfield for their help. Thank you guys.

Customer service is terrible, stood at the counter for 5 minutes just totally ignored by everyone going about their normal day. This isn't the first time this has happened in the Huddersfield store particularly near closing time. It will however be the last time it happens to me as I won't be going back.

Didn't manage to get anything, but the two guys could not help me enough, no purchase made, but they went above and beyond to guide me in the right direction , very hard to find such good service especially when there is no sale , fantastic guys 10 star rating

I often find myself waiting longer than I would want for service here. Four customers and four members of staff in the counter area but only one serving. Regular customers seem to get good service but occasional customers need better service to become regulars. Otherwise fine.
