So Kerbside Motors appears to be operating out of a one bedroom council flat paid for by you and I, dodgy does not seem to be an adequate description of what is happening here. Also they appear to have taken over the entire residents carpark for their 'chop shop' only God knows what it is like to be a neighbor of this set of chancers.
