Do not opt and trust this builder at any circumstance. He started a project at our house. He would demand the money even if the work has not been completed. He would only sent 1-2 labourers when there was a lot of work to do so he can pocket the money for himself. If you would not pay him the builders would not come. He eventually ran off, leaving us without builders and building work incomplete few weeks before my engagement.

We are so disappointed with these builders. They did our home improvement and I do not think they knew what they were doing. They made a downstairs shower room and had to fix the shower 3 times as could not get it correct. When they finished all our work and taken the money the shower wall strayed leaking. It must have been leaking from the beginning as two years later the leak had gone through the wall into the utility room.We rang so many time they did not pick up when they did Sukraj said he is coming or will send someone but no one comes.Finally someone came as the leak went through our extension wall . He came said he has sorted out the leak and will come back to fix the two big holes in the utility room as the water came through. It’s been nearly a year and he has not come back. We have rung so many times and no response and now have two big holes in our wall. This is so wrong I would never advise taking these builder on. I never complain but I am so upset that I think people should be aware before hiring these people. We always gave the money on time and never complained when he did the work. But I am very annoyed he has done this. The painting of the house was done so badly and that was the feedback we gave him. Please be carful when hiring these builder I would never again or recommend them to anyone.
