Although we weren't registered at Rase when we needed them to let our boy over the rainbow bridge they didn't have a problem with helping us in our time of need,Thank you for showing the upmost compassion.

I had to have my beautiful girl put to sleep on Monday I found the whole team very understanding and compassionate towards the situation. We could take as long as we needed they didn't rush us at all. We've had dogs for over 20 years and used other vets but this was our 2nd visit here and will definitely be staying with them.

I needed an emergency vet, and in Scunthorpe, there is no other vet open, and every other emergency vet is so far away that they think a taxi is something you can afford to have. I didn't know what to expect when i got through, and with luck they would see us. Vet that saw me was brilliant she looked at my pet and wanted to cover every case scenario after his eyes changed shape and size to each other...which could be a possibility of stroke or bleed on brain. She treated him straight away and we have a follow up in 3days if no change. I can't complain I would recommend

Helpful and professional. Arranged for our dog to be transferred to the Rase Pet Hospital in Market Rasen due to a swallowed stone. Out our minds at ease and dealt with everything well. Kind and patient staff.

Took my puppy for his booster on a Sunday afternoon. The staff are so friendly & nothing is too much trouble...even if your pet has a toilet accident.

During the very hard time of letting my loved pet dog pass. I found the staff at Rase vets very sympathetic and supportive, I was offered the chance of getting her paw print and some fur collected which I agreed to. When the time came to pick up her ashes, they were not there. When I realised I called the vets to be told they were not in the building and that they might of been posted out. I waited a few days but nothing. This was quite emotional and a stress I could of done without. I did not contact the vets again as what could they do they couldn’t get them for me now and I would of been suspicious if they had of suddenly appeared. This is the only fault I found with the practice and although sounds trivial to some it was devastating at the time.

Between the Scunthorpe and Gainsborough Rase vets branch, they have all played a part in saving our dogs life. He had severe intoxication ingestion and even though we were praying for a miracle, things weren't improving. The team worked effortlessly all day, through the night and the next day to save our dog and all of a sudden he turned a corner! He is alive and snuggled up at home thanks to everyone at Rase Vets, from the receptionists taking our numerous worrying phone calls to all the vets and assistance team involved in saving Jaspers life! You are all amazing ! Thank you so so much!

Had an emergency with our dog on a Saturday afternoon while driving to holiday cottage on the coast. Found Rase through Google, called and they saw us within half an hour. The vet sorted the problem and we were back on our way quickly. So friendly and helpful, and a very reasonable charge, thank you so much!!
