Contacted Michael about our gas fire that had a misbehaving pilot light. Would light and sometimes stay lit and other times just go out, even when fire was on shutting whole fire down, I thought from internet maybe the thermocouple.Michael was able to squeeze me in and within two minutes of looking at the fire suspected it was actually a blockage in the pilot light feed not the thermocouple.He then explained why to myself and his son and also happy to explain why the fire went out even when everything all lit due to the faulty pilot not heating the thermocouple properly.He and Callum then promptly laid out their ground sheets and started to disassembly the whole fire as pilot a pain to reach and clean.After cleaning some fluff and debris from the pilot assembly that was blocking the air inlet they reassembled completed repressure testing it and the gas supply as well as other required test such as flue etc before tidying up .They turned up on time and the price was very reasonable only just above initial quote due to the difficult nature of the fire and it requiring a full dismantle to remove and clean which meant they where here for 2hrs.At all times they where both polite friendly and easily approachable, would I use again hell yes :-)

Michael & Callum worked quickly and efficiently when they changed our radiators for us. It was an easy choice to go with Warm Again Heating for the work because Michael did a thorough assessment of what we needed, and got back to us very quickly. Came and completed a full central heating installation in our home. The team were courteous and friendly. It was a 3 day job, turned up on site on time each day and tidied the mess at the end of each day. Mike worked to his quote which was great as it's a big job. Will be using these guys in the future for sure.

Great service from Mike. Replaced kitchen tap he was efficient and left everything spotless. Even sorted a leak I had under the sink out at the same time. I was that pleased he's retuning to replace more taps and service my boiler. 100% recommended

Mike and Callum were fantastic. They carried out lots of small plumbing jobs including installing an outside hot shower for showering down after the beach and a new Drayton Wiser digital thermostat system with digital thermostatic radiator valves. I have recommended them to friends and neighbours and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber who does a good job and communicates well.

I had problems with the kitchen tap and was recommended to Mike at Warm Again heating. He was brilliant. He discussed the issues with me, looked at the photos of the tap that I sent to him and researched possible solutions.He provided 3 alternative taps in a range of prices. Once I had selected tap he advised that he could not better the online price so we settled for me buying the replacement tap and him fitting the tap.He arrived at the agreed time, installed the tap and charged the agreed amount even though the fitting was a bit more tricky than first imagined.All in all an excellent service and I have no hesitation in recommending Warm Again Heating to anyone looking for a good, reliable and professional service.PS we discussed the use of a water softener when he was installing the tap and will most likely use Mike for this work in the New Year

Very professional boiler service and replacement of broken thermostat, Mike gave advice to help chose the thermostat which made a lot of sense and prevented going with a sub par option. The service was very thorough to make sure everything was working and at reasonable cost. Friendly and helpful

Mike replaced a dripping kitchen tap with a mono sink mixer plus installing isolation valves. He managed to squeeze us in around a very busy schedule. As usual, excellent professional service, prompt and a very patient, pleasant man!Thank you again Mike.
