Walked in to get a blood test. Totally ignorant staff who just looked up then back to the computer screens. I was finally helped by the Security Guard. Staff need some customer service training!!!

Dreadful , the staff are hard faced and disrespectful . As I'm house bound and needed a prescription they would not accept me ordering one there. So I spent the day trying to reorder my prescription . Horrible experience.

Amazing care today at Litherland - Nicola (nurse) was an absolute star dealing with my injury - above an beyond as she also rang after I'd left as well.Delighted that the doors were open for good ventilation as well.

I got an emergency appointment here with chronic tooth pain, my appointment was on a Saturday about 11:30 and I was seen at 11:45. The dentist and staff were lovely and extremely professional, I couldn't of asked for better care. I wish I could remember the dentist name because she was very good at her job. Thanks again.

Will never go here again. My partner had been turned away and told to keep an eye on a bite on his arm and take antihistamine with no antibiotics given when it was clear to see it was infected . He was then rushed to hospital a day later on a drip with a fear of sepsis. disgraceful neglect

Just attended with my 4 year old son, wonderful service. Seen by a lovely nurse called Sue, she was very thorough and compassionate in her examination. We left with our mind at ease. Thank you

I have had first class treatment for a post op wound here. I had to go every day, yes, I had to wait most days but I am not surprised with the amount of silly things some people go with, or go because of the the ridiculous situation of not being able to get a doctor's appointment. The staff, including front of office staff and security, were great even though they were under pressure. So just have a patience if you go there, they're doing their best under difficult circumstances.

Kind and polite staff, had me seated in the waiting area and saw the nurse within 10mins.Got my prescription ordered immediately and sent me on my way with a smile.Excellent service.
