Enquired for same day appointment & this was booked straight away. Lovely salon with lots of choice of services available at good prices. Very welcoming & friendly owner & staff. So happy with results & will return in future.

I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my nails done. Katie and her colleague are welcoming everytime I go there and it's nice when they remember your name (even though I've been going to KV Nails for a good few years now)I am always asked what I want everytime I visit and always have plenty of time to choose a nail colour.I had my nails done today and omg again I love them and I am so happy with them.I've never felt so comfortable in a nail salon and they always talk to you aswel.So if anyone wants to get there nails done. KV Nails is the place to go.Beautiful relaxing music.Keep up the great work Katie :)

Ignore any negative reviews, these ladies are amazing what they do!I read a previous negative review from a customer who came into the salon the last time I was there, sadly she was very rude to Tiana and I felt very sorry for her at the time. Tiana you did everything you could to make her happy, some people are just rude!My daughter and I have our nails done regularly here and we are always delighted with the result. I'm super fussy with my nails, but the gel colour is always perfectly applied. It took me a while to find a salon that doesn't damage your own nails when applying acrylics, but these ladies do a fab job and my own nails are not damaged at all. They have also helped my daughter to grow her nails after biting them for years and I'm very grateful!My wedding nails were perfect and my party nails and toes are fantastic too..as always. Thank you ladies.

I don’t usually write google reviews but the staff were so rude! I ended up walking out before my appointment because they were unnecessarily rude to me, even on the phone when I rang to book an appointment. I don’t know how the nails would have been because I will not be using this service ever. This is not professional and I’m not happy about having my time wasted with this appointment. Never again.

My Mum and I having been coming to KV Nails just over 18 months now. The staff here are always accommodating and understanding since I bring my children who are both under 2 years old. Their work is always done throughly and the results are always amazing! It’s nice to also always feel welcomed❤️

Had a mani pedi today and very happy with the results.

Unwelcoming, unaccommodating, awful customer service. Went to have a pedicure, asked to sit down and choose a colour. Another customer arrived after me who was ushered into the pedicure seat, clearly not a prearranged appointment but clear they knew each other, technician proceeded then to carry out my pedicure under the hand nail desk - a really strange, not to mention rushed experience that I won't be returning for.

I went in yesterday to get my nails done for prom and did not have a good experience.I went in the other day to book my appointment during which the technician didn't seem to pay attention to what I was saying and I said that I just wanted plain, gel nails, full set. I said it was my first time having nails done. I was told the price would be £20.I went in and was told to sit down and choose a colour, which I did. Then when the nail tech (a different one to the one who took my appointment) started she grabbed my hand and started using and nail drill and filing my nails very aggressively. I wasn't sure what was happening and when asked if I'd had my nails done before I said no.I also want to add that she had an airpod in her ear the whole time and at points would start talking to herself, clearly on a call. I asked Pardon?" assuming she'd said something to me and she just pointed at her ear.She did not ask me if I wanted gel or acrylic and I didn't think to say as I said when booking my appointment. I asked one of my friends and she said when she got her nails done her technician asked what nails she wanted when she was getting them done.She added a small bit of

Really not happy with my nails. Nice enough woman, but she needs a lot more practice. The shape of my nails is awful. I tried fixing it myself, but they're beyond help. I have an appointment tomorrow morning somewhere else to have them taken off and re done. Really disappointed and a complete waste of money.
