Absolutely lovely welcome at alphabets in LangstoneThe staff were so friendly and the reception so clean. It was a restart to my dogs vaccination programme, even though I was anxious about taking them I felt so at ease. Our vet fiona was wonderful. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a vets.

I can’t explain how incredible the staff are here. We took our beautiful old boy here last minute on a Saturday, unfortunately knowing what the outcome was going to be. The staff were so sensitive about the situation and his vet Dana was just incredible. So compassionate and cwtched him in with us until he had passed. I am so grateful for everyone here, the receptionist I believe her name was Maggie was also so beyond lovely we called so many times in the morning just in a complete mess. You guys made a horrible experience a little easier on us. Thank you for everything x

Always friendly on arrival. Dana I’d especially interested in the dogs and what they are doing. Always careful, efficient and kind.

Our beloved dog collapsed late Friday evening and we rushed to this emergency vets. They were amazing and did everything they could for her and us. Discussed what was happening, cost and were very caring when our dog could unfortunately not be saved due to her heart failing. The team who tried to save her were also affected by the loss and we're very caring and compassionate towards our girl, offering support after we left as well which we appreciated. I would recommend them highly.

Always a warm welcome and a professional attitude when dealing with any pet, no matter whether the visit is routine or an emergency.Having been in the emergency situation 2 years ago I can honestly say everyone at Alphavet did everything humanly possible to save my Boy. Thanks again to you all especially Dr Dana and her able assistant Dr Ellie for going above and beyond on that very sad weekend. Xx

I had to take my dearly loved “little old man” Harley here last Thursday, pretty much knowing the outcome. The staff were incredibly sensitive, supportive and very kind during a very difficult time. I can only thank them for helping me deal with a devastating situation in the most professional, yet kindly way. My heart still hurts…but I’m incredibly grateful for the support I was given. Thank you ❤️

Alphabet Langstone always excellent. Used several vets over the years - these are the best by far. Customer service really good. Clinical care has been faultless. Emergency surgery for seriously injured greyhound saved her life. Their admin is really good too. I would recommend.

I have previously visited this vets on 4 occasions, out of hours, the service we received was outstanding when our first beautiful cat Ozzie was put to sleep, and when we came to collect his ashes, outstanding service. The 3rd visit again out of hours when our cat Tonto passed away, the service we received was respectful. When we came to collect Tontos' ashes during the vets actual opening hours, we were ignored by everyone in the vets. We stood in front of the reception desk. The lady ignored us on the reception for 20 minutes, I then spoke to her to ask her if anyone could help as we had come to collect our cats ashes, she retorted I work for alpha vets, I don't deal with that! I was shocked by her attitude. This is a very emotional time for anyone who has lost a pet! Then another lady said, Oh

I was referred here from my vets due to my cat needing surgery. I cannot fault the team. Russell is a brilliant surgeon and all the other vets and nurses have been brilliant. I ended up having to go back several times due to my cat not leaving her stitches alone and the staff have been nothing but accommodating and friendly each visit. I fully trusted my cat with them. I'm even considering changing from my normal vets to here. My only concern is the very small waiting room and how I can be sat right next to loud, barking dogs which my cats don't like.

While on holiday my dog got ill, the vets, nurses and receptionist were fantastic and very helpful. They kept Winston in for the day and kept me informed on his progress. I would highly recommend them.
