Lovely welcoming atmosphere. Very reasonably priced food , staff were very attentive. Will definitely be back .

School dinners at restaurant prices, out of the 5 starters on the menu 2 were unavailable, 1 of which was soup, the other being prawns(not the rarest of items). I opted for the pate which dissapointingly was bought in considering the price, no dressing on the salad either, my partner had tempura prawns, again bought in.For mains we both had steak pie, the stew was nice with plenty of tender meat and my chips were nice but this was spoiled with frozen veg which was barely cooked, pastry that was like 4 beer mats glued together (thickness and texture) and the mash appeared to be of the frozen microwave variety.Overall although it was not horrible it was by no means worthy of the price.
