I wouldn’t go to any other salon , Natasha does an amazing colour and blow dry, and makes my hair look fabulous.

Booked appointment via treatwell 2 days before appointment. Email and 1 missed call next day. Email says just need to discuss appointment. Missed the call as working call back when able no phone not answered. When I get through to them 4 hours before scheduled appointment and told it was not booked in there is no availability and there will be know appointment. Due to work commitments can be difficult to book in the first place and if was prior to an event. Why use an online platform if you do not know how to make it work for you. Why online advertise appointments you dont have. Answer the phone, if there is a missed call maybe leave a voicemailVery unprofessional! Will not be using the salon again.

Pamper party at Headfirst was first class! Adele and her team were fantastic. Five very happy 10 years old had hair, nails & glitter make up. Would highly recommend.

Simply the best place in Leeds to have hair done.Make sure to ask for John - he is exceptional.

Great staff, and salon, everyone is always so friendly. I take my little boy and he loves the hospitality and I love the cut he gets. They are really fair on price too!

I had a blow dry by John today and he was absolutely amazing, really lovely and he put so much effort into making me feel 5 stars. I highly recommend :)

I never in my life have been so angry with some many hairdreeser in a single salon. My hair cut done horrible, I brought my extensions to color and trim and they ruined them they cost me 200 pounds . the hair color the most horrible I ever had ,all done by different hairdreeser in different days . The worse experiences. I just can’t believe it .

First time at Headfirst last Friday after recently moving to the area. I have to say the service was first class from the moment i arrived to the time i left. Beckie the stylist who did my hair made me feel very welcome and he skills were brilliant, i cant happier with my hair. P.S the free coffee menu was a great touch. Will be visiting again soon. Fantastic out of town salon, highly recommend.

I have been here twice now and John does an Amazing job, highly recommend him. He is full of knowledge and clearly very popular as he is working non-stop booking after booking. The atmosphere is friendly, vibrant, and clean. Great offers available especially on Monday’s.

Had my hair cut here today by a lovely lady (the lady with plaits) I didn't get her name. She was so friendly and welcoming. Made me a lovely coffee. My hair looks absolutely amazing, she's done it perfect and exactly how I wanted it. I was happy to be told they offer a free fringe trim when needed too as I have been charged for it before. I'll be recommending this salon to everyone and be using it again.
