Awful service. 8.30pm Bristol - Plymouth*Delayed and instead went on to be the 9.30pm coach instead, Live tracking service showed the scheduled 8.30 coach sitting there for the hour waiting until the next slot. Instead of being honest and saying the 8.30pm was not operating the driver lied and said delayed. I'll be Claiming a refund for a ticket for a service that stagecoach had no clear plans to operate. I would seriously avoid stagecoach south west and their falcon service. Stick to national express ONLY.My other journey was just as bad, scheduled at a time and they run late every single day according to coach drivers, so why aren't you scheduling the correct times if you arrive at Bristol late? It causes an onward connection to be missed, which again drivers say this happens too often.Avoid.

Friendly helpful driver, clean and nice seats, gets you to your destination in time stated.On board toilet. Relax and enjoy the views. Great prices.

The wifi never works on their coaches, but prices are very good and the bus drivers are always super friendly!

Always pleasant drivers with prices that I think are more than reasonable. I usually take the service from Plymouth to Paignton, and with a Dayrider (explorer) ticket of just over eight pounds I think that it is a great price. When I first took the route, the bus driver recommended this ticket as it was actually cheaper than what I was planning to do. Your mileage might vary based on the bus driver and the service, but I am always happy with the service I receive.

Stagecoach Gold absolutely has rubbish services every single bus service turn up to late or even not turn up at all and also since 2nd April changed and routes it most rubbish

Caught falcon bus easy access very helpful staff. Great bus trip better and cheaper than driving to Bristol airport.

They're alright and have the friendliest most professional drivers. One springs to mind called Donna dont know her laat name but she is an absolute credit to the uniform :)

Online bus times dont match timetable. Waited 30 mins for the first no 3 service bus to get to work. Never turned up. ??? Great service. Late for work. Thanks Stagecoach.

Stagecoach number 2 service covering Saltash to mount batten is not fit for purpose. The council need to remove Stagecoach from this route and give it to another company to run. Stagecoach are consistently not showing up or extremely late or cancelled. They are meant to provide a service. Utterly disgusting service.

Honestly best coach service ever !!! They have great buses that have WiFi , a toilet and great comfy seats . BEST OF ALL they have an amazing fleet of drivers . Also if any of the drivers of the falcon see this review ,this is your fave customer Matt ( the boy with the split tone hair )
