Tracker is very good but has a lot of trouble finding and keeping the GPS signal and therefor reporting and accurate tracking is spasmodic at best. But Eyetek do give an excellent support service

Bought a camera as my mum has dementia & still wants to live independently. After a couple of issues the fire officer said it may be a good idea to install a camera. I spoke to this company & they advised me which would be ths best option ( battery life etc.) Camera arrived very quickly. I had an issue setting it up, even though their instructions are very clear and easy to follow (I only have very basic technical knowledge) it turned out to be an issue with my broadband. The guy at eyetek, talked me through the setup process step by step I contacted my ISP & the broadband problem was fixed by them straight away. The camera then worked fine. Very pleased with the company's customer service & product has given me peace of mind. The quality of picture/ video is great. I usually order items online but want to know there is good backup if I need it.

I take most reviews where there were no problems with a pinch of salt as you can judge a good company by how they sort out problems.I had to return the item which i brought from them as was faulty but dealing with Eyetek has been so stress free.Refund was made the same day as they received the item back and a Refund of my postage costs to send the item back.What a breath of fresh air to find a truly professional company with faultless customer support.I strongly recommend these people even if you find similar products a bit cheaper elsewhere.

Ordered the Air Freshener Concealed Surveillance Camera 55 day battery Life, easy to set up works great, and just what the building needed

Bought a weather station spy camera for £162 to be honest camera works fine however the information shown by the weather station seems to be random at best. Currently we’re at 9c and the weather station is showing 25c. 45% humidity when we’re at 94%. Seems to work ok for a few days then just shows No accurate information. Also the 24 hour setting doesn’t work . You press the button on the back and it changes to 24 hour clock but at 1pm instead of changing to 13 it goes back to 1. ‘We don’t just sell it we build it ‘ is the statement on the web site. However it seems to me this is just bought in over priced Chinese junk. If you build it you need to fix it.

I have waited 4 weeks after the purchase of my Surveillance camera’s, so to give a true account of the outstanding customer service and satisfaction given by the Eyetek team.I will only deal with companies that will answer a phone and talk to the customer. This way if you have a problem you can be sure you have someone to talk to in this country. Emails can be translated in to any language. This can take hours to sort out a problem. Believe me that’s not the case with Eyetek, should you think you have a problem. I can honestly say nothing is to much trouble, the team can generally talk you through the problem in my case it was me. And I am sure if a lot of people were honest they will agree it the user most of the time. Being able to talk to a human on the end of the phone makes this company special, all the other companies only work online with email backup.So who are you dealing with and whereThank you Eyetek for everything sorting us out.Mr Rush

To be honest with you I wasn’t pleased with their customer service as a first time customer, I ordered one item from Eyetek Surveillance last week Thursday 17th May 2018 during the evening for a friend of mine and I collected it on her behalf and I didn’t get a speedy delivery like I expected which what these other customers are saying on this website and if I didn’t enquire to find out when my order supposed to be delivered. I would have been waiting a lot longer than I was before, because they didn’t even give me any indication when my item supposed to be dispatched before I enquired on the Monday evening which was yesterday by email. Now when my parcel it came today this afternoon on the 22nd May 2018 by DPD Courier delivery after waiting four days time for this item that I ordered. When I saw the parcel in DPD packaging it was huge red flag to me because I just knew I was not going to be pleased with the way the product is going to be presented. Because this has happened to me in the past and there is possibility it won’t be any different now. Anyway when I opened the item from the DPD cover expecting myself to be wrong with my purchase. I wasn’t wrong at all, when I opened the item it was not sent to me in its original packaging and sealed considering that is was brand new item that I purchased. My purchase was presented in easily opened non-sealed brown parcel box and when you take the item out of the box you will see it been wrapped up in bubble wrap and the accessories came in a large brown padded envelope and when I decided to look at the product properly you see around the edges of the item it is soiled and dirty and the front of the cover it had a black stain mark on the item. I was not pleased with the presentation of the product considering that I paid good money for this product expecting it to be brand new to come in its original packaging which it didn’t, much less I waited a lot longer than I should as a UK customer for the item to be delivered. The item that I bought and received from this company Eyeteck Surveillance is a second-hand product not a brand new item because a brand new item will always come with its own original cover and sealed packaging and my purchase did not come this way. The way item looked in presentation is something you would receive from eBay sellers that sell dodgy second-hand stuff and try to pass off as brand new. But one thing you must say at least with eBay sellers most of them don’t sell their items at hefty prices like Eyetek Surveillance. Anyway I won’t be buying from them again after this negative experience only unless it is really necessary based on the product I received from them so far.
