Cromwell Mobility

I bought a bespoke chair from Cromwell recently and could not have had better treatment from them. From the chap that came out originally to the finished product I was treated very well and kept informed of the progress. Since using the chair I and other people have noticed a great improvement in my legs as I suffer with water retention which causes my legs to swell up. They are as I said noticeably improved in that they don't swell up nowhere near as large as they used to, which I am very pleased about. All I can say is thank you to all concerned especially John with whom I have had quite a few lovely chats.

The salesman that came out put us at our ease by his friendly and professional manner and went through all the options with us and we didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. The chair arrived on time and set up for us. When we needed to ring with a query we were dealt with promptly and politely by all the office staff we spoke to. when a person is not well and needs special equipment to lead a normal life they need to have confidence and trust in the companies they deal with, we had this with Cromwell. My husband now has a very comfy chair tailor made for him by company that treats their customers with respect & dignity.Well done & thank you all
