Came into Post Office today - was met with the most rude lady behind the counter spoke to me in such a condescending manner and this isn't the first time. Sadly post office manager was stood right next to her and allowed her to act like this, so I take it he is not concerned on how his staff conduct themselves. Such a shame as every other shop / business in Bedale are lovely.

Without Ian and the rest of the lovely staff in this gem of a Post Office I would have struggled to keep my business going this year. I can print off all my parcel labels at home with Click and Drop and just literally drop them off to be processed (often more than 10 parcels a day). No queuing and wasted time.The staff behind the counter are always polite, friendly and very smiley.Five stars is definitely not enough.Thank You.

We love our local post office and the team! As an online business owner, I couldn't send out my orders without them and they have been really accommodating as the business has grown and we needed to send out more. You always get a lovely, helpful and friendly service too. :)

Never a nice friendly experience when visiting this post office,only use it on odd occasions because I live near by.if I’m out and about then I normally use a different post office,don’t understand why it has to be like that in there.
