I had such a good experience shopping online at this company. Poor service with another company has really highlighted how great the customer service from this company is. I have absolute confidence with shopping with them again online.One of the items I ordered was out of stock, they called me very quickly to apologise and offered me a replacement product for the same price.Thank you so much x

I haven't visited the store (which looks amazing) but I have ordered online and my item arrived quickly and safely with a lovely hand written note from the store. I am delighted with my Lolita vase and would recommend ordering from this shop

Beautiful store full of beautiful things. Don't think I've ever gone onto LillianDaph without buying something! Really friendly and helpful too - they were out of stock of a seasonal item but still put me in touch with the supplier in case I could buy the item direct. Lifelong customer here.

So inspired by this lovely place , even the smell is heavenly ! I travel 30 miles to get there but go as often as I can . I'm even going to paint my living room the same colour as the shop front as I've fallen in love with it !
