Pit Stop Hand Car Wash

Thought I'd try out this place for the first time and didn't have the patience to get to the guy washing the cars. At a prime time Saturday afternoon there was only 1 guy washing the cars for both lanes. Was shocking to see especially how busy they were. I asked the guy if it's only him and he said the company are trying to save money. I must have waited 30 mins and eventually gave up so left the queue. Quite disappointing.Compared to other car washes their prices are higher too, £10 for just outside, with extra long queues and 1 guy washing your car. Can't see how this is appealing.Don't think I'll ever get round to trying this place out after this experience.

Inside and Out cost £20. I went there today. 15.4.2022 morning period. It wasn't busy. Inc. vacuum.There were still wipeable stains and glove compartment was not vacuumed. I had to come back twice to inform them of this. I explained politely but staff showed some rudeness and stating it's my fault. When I also told them the boot was not done either. Or underneath the children's car seat I explained happy to remove them... I was told it's ok.I would not ever go back. First time there and will be last time. There is no confidence in them.

They were great. Great service, which was friendly too.One of the few hand car washes left and they do a good job

I so disappointed with their service. I took my Nissan Qashaqi to do exterior wash and interior vacuuming. Did not vacuum properly inside and when I try to show the dirt, operatives are getting angary and did not clean the areas and etc..I would so not to use this carwash

Paying £24 for a ‘inside and outside’ car wash hurt but they done a good job to be fair. Prices have increased drastically since I last visited. At certain times it can get very busy. They also take card payments. Overall it’s a decent car wash place and they worth a visit.

I don't know how people can not be happy...One of the best car washes I've ever been ! Definitely not avoidable for me !Always quick and professional !Thanks very much lads !

I suggest better to avoid this car wash.Guys are very rude when I showed that some parts of the body was not cleaned properly. They are really not interested to job. I had to ask couple of times to clean the boot. They just sprayed out side and hurry in finishing it. Definitely not worth of going there . Inside windscreen they even didn't touch it.when I told this to the owner he is not interested to listen and recommending me to go Full wallet . What a pathetic service.I strongly recommend not to go there.

First and last time here. A rip off in terms of pricing and service and levels of work leave a LOT to be desired. Staff are uncaring and could not care less about how clean the car is, not dried properly so watermarks are everywhere. Had to take the car to another car wash (cheaper I might add) immediately after to get it done properly. Only went here because it was en route but would most definitely never be returning. To make things worse the staff are very rude and try charging different prices to the advertised ones, so beware.

I would not recommend this place at all. I asked for a GOLD wash which is £40 and includes a Autoglym polish. There were 2 cars in front that 4 guys were working on whilst I was waiting.They didn’t even dry my car properly, let alone give it a polish.I asked them not to spray the interior of my car with the sticky spray they used but they didn’t listen.When I pointed out that the car was still dirty and not cleaned properly the guy quickly went around with a cloth but it was still filthy.When it came to give payment I stated that the car wasn’t polished so I was not going to pay £40 but the guy got a little aggressive so I paid and left.I would not recommend this car wash especially if you are a lone female going there!

Bad experience. First and last time washing my car here. Poor wash poor customer service. Had to wait 20 mins for them to dry my car, they had to jet wash it again because it dried up leaving marks. Don't recommend
