I bought some lvt flooring, it was really good, it did chip at all while I was laying it, and the edges seemed to machined better than laminate so there isn't any gaps

1st attempt: delivered to wrong address in different county.2nd attempt: delivered damaged goods.3rd attempt: delivered wrong again4th attempt: damaged goods. And asked for refund.Ignoring my calls during all of these. Having to 141 my number to get a response. Also never collected the smashed up flooring they delivered. Left my personal details attached to my order with a customer who was ringing me trying to arrange the swap as they had got our orders the wrong way round.Sort it out. Pathetic.
