I was served by Stefan who helped me with my phone case as the back handle had come off, He fixed it for me with no charge, I was so surprised he took the time to help me, I would definitely recomend this shop, Stefan went above and beyond to help me, Amazing customer service.

I was selling my phone at CEX but they couldn't take it with the circle magnet thing that was glued to the back. I walked across to Sanbei, having never gone in there before and without a second throught Stefan the manager used a glue remover and other tools to remove it professionally and it was done in seconds. No charge. I went back there later for screen protectors and charging bits. Excellent, chilled service and will defintely go back whenever I need anything for my phone or my family's phones.
