AVOID. Don't know how they get away with this. I got a fine and didn't realise why as I left 20 mins before the ticket expired. Upon reading the terms and conditions it states to pay within 10 mins of arrival. I think this may be why I received the fine. But having a 3 year old and an 8 day old baby to get out the car, the last thing on on my mind was how quickly I needed to pay upon arrival.

Just avoid, avoid, avoid - got a £100.00 fine even after paying for my correct duration - by all accounts, it took me longer than 10mins to find a space, type in my reg & pay the fee?Honestly feel sorry for the local businesses as we for one will never be back to Westward Ho! Money grabbing!!

Do not park here. Arrived at the car park without change, so I went to Tesco with my 2 year old son to get some, came back and paid for parking. Received a parking fine for £60/£100 a couple of weeks later. Apparently it took me longer than 10 minutes to get change from Tesco. I was still fined despite paying for a parking ticket.

Poorly maintained, shoddy appearance compared to other nearby car parks. Signage unclear, and uses an app that literally no other car park uses. Suggest using the car park next door or round the corner instead.

DO NOT PARK HERE. I put money in machine, no ticket came out. Took photo to show time and money I paid but I still got £100 fine!

It's a scam to charge you £100. Paid for 3-hours parking, they Ignored appeal of children's emergency making us a few minutes late. AVOID! Had to pay £100 for 5 minutes parking.

Dont park here unless you want a big fine , or you could bring a tin of black paint and get ya friend to spray it over the cctv 1st then park , but try not to get caught ... hahaha , if no one uses this dump then it will shut down and then they can't fine anyone , simples !
