The manager old white male - think his name was Kevin? Very rude. I didn’t purchase anything at the store didn’t even go towards the tills, came into the store and seen him yelling at a store member. I don’t know how a manager can treat staff like this, after the poor girl left it wasn’t even two minutes and I seen him arguing with a customer. Wouldn’t recommend shopping in this branch. As I have come to write this review, I have noticed other negative reviews on this manager which makes me wonder why he still works there and whether the area manager or whoever else is in charge hasn’t done anything about him.

Customer service here was awful from the manager (middle aged white male) he was really rude, which is shocking given his job role. He expected me to walk around the store looking for staff to help me whilst he just stood there. Absolutely dreadful service!

Very rough pull up bare fed cars . Be prepared flashing blue lights as you walk in feds and security body slamming youths and teens. Bad service but good stock and the best selection I have seen in any sports direct. What more fam.

It's a self service ..no staff will come and ask for any help...even if we ask also they don't respond properly.... unprofessional staff.....very bad experience

I waited more than half an hour in the queue to pay for my shoes. Only 1 person on the till and one person on return till which. Manager was right there chilling around disregarding the customers waiting. (He could serve himself to make customer experience better). I think this manager really needs some training on the customer service and how to run the shift.Disgraceful experience.....

Ali he was psycho and abusing the customers and we were actually trying to ignore him.He came to us abused my husband and the manager was mute and did nothing. He was taking his side and asked us to leave the store.

Extremely unprofessional and RACIST STAFF AND MANAGEMENT!We wanted to try clothes to see if they fit as the same brand different coloured clothes had a difference in the fit on. The staff and the manager/security officers were extremely rude towards us and was questioning us when we tried clothes. We purchased clothes for more than £200 but now we regret it because the staff and the manager or the officers in-charge were extremely unprofessional.You got to train the staff or the employees to make sure they treat customers well. If not your business will be gone before you know. !

This store is pathetic and the staff was rude.He (Ali) misbehaved and literally abused moreover the manager didn't check the camera and blamed us for messing around.Advisor abused in local language and tried to engaged with us.We three of us did shopping in the store and the old lady on the counter was not helping and refused to tell her the name of the manager.A nice girl she was trying to help however the old lady threatned her and avoided us.
