We purchased some karndean flooring for a DIY installation. We had expert advice and even a demonstration in the shop to avoid any mistakes. The floor went down lovely. Unfortunately the karndean floor started to expand after 2 months in 2 places. I spoke to Matthew and he didn’t hesitate to come out to us. He immediately told us that the subfloor had failed and performed a moisture test and the test suggested it was still damp. I had to take the floor up. The builders accepted the problem and corrected their mistake and the 30 sq metres of flooring was luckily re-used and went down with no problems. Thanks to Matthew and his team, who always kept in contact, we are back where we started with a lovely floor.Thanks Bramley team.

This place is absolutely fantastic for carpet, great value and service, all the staff are really helpful and very friendly, don't waste your time with looking elsewhere as Bramley carpets is the best!

Bramley Carpets have floored our entire house over the course of 12 months and I couldn't recommend them enough. Working with a budget outline and a project plan to fit our other renovations nothing has been too much trouble, and they've always been realistic and reliable when estimating lead times and fitting times. All of the fitters have been fantastic both for carpets and Karndean flooring, and all very prompt at arriving never leaving any mess. Matt has been a big help to us in particular and his customer service is immense - would recommend wholeheartedly to use them - we will definitely use again - thanks!
