I ordered a sofa on 22nd January 2023. The sofa has not been delivered and the firm refuse to communicate with me. They do not answer their phone, they will not respond to emails. I have demanded a refund and they won’t respond. I am now going through PayPal to try and get my money back. Be warned, if you order from this firm you may end up with no product and a battle to get your money back.

Scammers. Don't go near them. Ordered a tv unit which never arrived and after multiple attempts to communicate by email and phone were all ignored I got a refund via PayPal. You have been warned.

This Signal Q-336 chair is the worst chair I've ever had. The armrest broke off in the first month due to a really bad quality weld, and unfortunately BMF weren't able to get a spare part so I had to use putty and string to fix it. Now the back has started wearing away on the right hand side so I've had to fix it with cable ties. Please avoid this chair, and when you buy furniture it's unlikely that you'll be able to get spare parts for it. The chair is only 3 months old and all I do is sit on it while I work at my computer.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ITS A SCAM.Ordered a sideboard - money was taken but never received the Item. Chased on email / phone every day and never got hold of anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Purchased BMF Eva TV Stand and 2x BMF Neo Display Cabinets and love them. No issues when assembling but 2 plugs had 2 pins insteadof 3. Contacted company, they were very courteous and most helpfull and sent me 3 pin plugs. Everyone who visit always complimenting items and ask where I purchased from. Definitely recommend. Thank you!If I can add photos, will do.

Placed an order over 3 weeks ago, paid extra for a fast delivery. Immediately after the confirmation received an email saying that the item is out of stock and it may take longer to deliver it. I have tried to contact them 3 times since for an update with no response. Tracking online has been on back order forever. I want my money back now, please!

My first purchase from BMF went very well. They delivered a beautiful sofa in record time during covid lockdown. Sadly my experience second time round has been awful. We ordered another sofa in January but it wasn't delivered when promised. Since then I've been trying to ring them but they never answer the phone. I won't be buying here again.

TOTAL SCAM! We ordered a TV stand in March and never received it. They ignore all emails and never answer the phone. Months ago I managed to find a mobile on their FB page and the guy who answered told us they were having issues with shipments/deliveries and we would receive the TV stand in two weeks time. Well, we never received it and that mobile number is not active anymore. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Avoid at all costs, they sent me used wardrobe and damaged.The driver dropped the boxes, the first one i opened was damaged. I called him 9 minutes later to come and collect the boxes (4 boxes over 200 kilos) he lied and said he is coming back, but he never came and never answered my phone calls.I tried to contact the seller, but he was not responding, it took them 10 days to collect the boxes and i had to take my son to the hospital because of those boxes.No customer serviceIt was a nightmare.Avoid
