These guys were friendly and helped me choose the right parts for a guttering system, as well as lending me a hacksaw to cut a piece of gutter plus i loved how local they are BUT.... they are incredibly expensive!! It turns out the parts i bought were three times!!!! as expensive as other DIY stores in the area. My bad for not checking really : ( . I did like how local they were but guess i am going to have to give them a miss in future as cant figure out how they can charge so much more!! : (

The lads in the yard are exceptionally helpful. You will need it if you are delivering in an Arctic. There is a steep slope up into the loading area so you must select first gear and run at it. You have once chance to do it. Good luck

They will rob you when you go to buy small items. This old guy at counter charged me 3 or more times more then the other stores and lied that he gave me 10% discount. When i reached home and checked prices with other stores i was shocked of the price difference. They have no shame and still robbing people. Not again to your store. Black horse Lane store.

Good yard but from amazon is eaven cheaper to get things what you need. Guys make crazy money there with these prices, avoid, order online!

Sorry guys but you are the most unhelpful bunch I have met. You charge top prices but just watch people struggling in the yard to load and would rather stand laughing and joking than help. This is not just a one off

I asked for bricks suitable for a Victorian property, but the type I was advised to buy turned out to be the size for modern buildings. They refused to offer a refund, and the man on the phone quickly became stand-offish and argumentative when I explained the situation. Very disappointing.
