Supremely disappointingLessons for the last 4 weeks have not started on time and this last one started 9 mins late by the time the instructions got ready that’s nearly a third of the 30 min lesson goneChildren who turn up 5 mins before to get changed are made to wait in the cold and then made to change during the lesson timeWhen speaking to the lead instructor you are fobbed off with poor excusesHappy to take your money but a very poor service and deliveryWill never recommend to anyone

I have two children in Swim 1, with differing levels of water confidence (aged 5 and 7) and they both absolutely love their lessons. Eloise is brilliant with them both and it is so lovely to see them with smiles on their faces throughout the lessons.
